What is the objective of SDEF?
Our objective is to empower marginalized communities by addressing challenges in health, education, livelihood, environment, and farming, ensuring every individual has access to opportunities for growth.
How can I support SDEF's initiatives?
You can make your own choice to support us in cash or kind by making a donation and/ or volunteering your time and skills, and/ or partnering with us to create a larger impact.
Where does my donation go?
Your contributions are used directly for our initiatives, such as providing technology to schools, supporting families in need of medical care, and environmental projects like tree plantations, extending the support to the marginalised section of the society.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes, as a Section 8 organization, we have the requisite registration under Section 12 A and 80 G of the Income Tax Act. The donations to SDEF are eligible for tax benefits under applicable laws
Are you eligible to implement CSR projects as per the requirement of the Company Act 2013?
Yes, we qualify all the requirements and have the requisite CSR form 1 from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
